This non-vintage Chardonnay is lovely non-vintage drop of Pinot Noir showing citrus flavours with a delicate crisp finish. Excellent as an aperitif for any celebratory occasion.
Conditions for this wine include night time harvesting, gentle pressing and batch by batch fermentation. These were then assessed and blended by winemakers in correct proportions.

Serve chilled. Enjoy on its own or with food; it is particularly nice with a soft white cheese.
