Defining wine is often the opionion of the drinker however to get the gist of this particular wine one can say it has a medium body with generous flavours of pepper, plum and spicy fruit – holding subtle hints of toasted Oak.
Vintage was good with regular moisture recorded across all of South Australia. This provided excellent soil profile with good canopy cover.
Parcles were generous with varietal flavours and harvest dates resulted in optimum fruit intensity, sugar/acid balance and tannin ripeness

The nose shows spicy Blackberry Fruit aromas with hints of dark chocolate and toasty, cedary Oak.

Medium -bodied with vibrant fruit flavours or spicy plum and blackberry. It has an attractive sweet mid - palate, and soft silky Shiraz tannins through to a long, satisfying finish.
