For those who prefer a hot palate – MasterFoods presents Hot English Mustard
This classic recipe has been blended from mustard flour seeds and spices to give you mid yellow mild to hot spread. It will go well with practically any meat you choose but also tuna and canned fish. Oily fish such as Mackerel seem to match perfectly as does Mullet. If you love corned beef then add hot mustard to your white sauce for something with body and punch.
