Bark Art

Aboriginal Australian bark art is commonly found painted on the inside of the bark of the Stringybark tree. They served an instructional and ceremonial purpose in Aboriginal tribes. Bark art paintings often contain sacred meanings and designs that reflect the Dreamtime mythology of the Aborigines.
