Rocky Road
This Rocky Road recipe is so easy and delicious even the kids could make it. Chop into big pieces, wrap in cellophane, put a bow on it and hey presto you have yourself some great little Christmas gifts.
Ingredients
• Marshmallows
• Glace cherries
• Chopped nuts
• Dried coconut swirls
• Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
• Cadbury Bournville Chocolate
Method
- Get loads of marshmallows, glace cherrys, chopped nuts, dried coconut swirls and anything else you fancy.
- Mix all the above and place 90% of it in a shallow baking dish.
- Get loads and loads of Cadbury milk and dark chocolate, and melt it in a bowl over simmering water.
- Pour over your goodies in the tray, sprinkle over the top the remaining 10% of goodies and let set in fridge.
- Chop up in huge big squares and cellophane wrap as gifts or just eat. Cadbury heaven!!
