Ironbark (Narrowleaf)
Harvested from nectar and collected from the Ironbark (Narrowleaf) Tree. Soft textured mellow honey, with a slight toffee flavour. Generally lighter in colour. A versatile sweet honey that kids will enjoy.
Red Gum
A deliciously smooth honey with a distinct flavour allowing you to experience a great tasting honey which is light to medium in flavour . A great family favourite.
Blue Gum / Wildflower
Has the soft, mellow flavour of Ironbark. This is quite light in colour and has a delightful mellow and gentle flavour.
Spotted Gum
Harvested from the Spotted Gum Tree. This is a very unique and different honey variety. Mild to medium flavour with a light to medium colour. Spotted Gum only flowers every 4 years so this honey is only periodically available.
Bloodwood
Harvested from nectar collected from the Bloodwood Tree. This is a very flavoursome, medium to rich honey variety. Generally medium to darker colour honey.
Stringy Bark
Harvested from the Stringy Bark tree, this is a medium to rich honey variety. Generally the honey has a medium to darker colour. A great tasting all rounder ideal for adding to tea, water or any drink and also the perfect honey for toast.
Note: Honey may at some point go candy or crystallise, this is a sign of Honey purity that has no additives or preservatives.
