Manuka Honey Active is the same grade of medical honey used in hospital across Australia, Uk and USA to combat strains of bacteria such as MRSA in wounds that are resistant to drugs. Topical honey has been used successfully in treatment of diabetic ulcers when other topical antibiotics and creams have failed. Manuka Raw honey is beneficial in the rapid healing of scrapes, cuts and open wounds and in most cases less or no scarring.
