Cadbury has created the chocolate Bilby as an alternative to the Easter Chocolate Bunny and to also bring about awareness of this nearly extinct creature. Bilby’s are a native species to Aussie and is also known as the jumping mouse. They are a nocturnal animal mainly found in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. There are less than 1000 Bilbies left today.
